Sweden Unlimited is a digital creative agency based in London specialising in strategy, design & technology for fashion and lifestyle brands. We are looking for an experienced Front-end Web Developer to join our team.

Job description

A Sweden Unlimited project / account manager plans, facilitates, tracks and is accountable for all aspects of a project’s execution and delivery. They are also the main point of contact for our clients, being the knowledge keeper and promoter for the client’s business, as well as their overall experience.

- Approach every project with a clear purpose of effectively transforming client needs into executions meeting business and user goals or objectives
- Create and document the scope of work including business requirements, budget, project plan and technical specifications for each project
- Plan for, allocate and manage resources–both internally and freelance
- Monitor and control project progress by being proactive in addressing questions, delays, risks and conflicts
- Document change orders, meeting notes, performance/burn reports, timelines and financial tracking updates
- Own timely, effective project communications to ensure internal and external stakeholders are on board and aware of project status throughout the process
- Balance the need to follow procedure and deadlines while maintaining the flexibility to exceed client expectations
- Focus on continuous improvement, spotting opportunities for more effective ways of working and recommending solutions, both internally and to clients
- Development documentation and lead training efforts for clients on site-specific CMS and e-commerce management procedures
- Lead project retrospectives directed toward improving processes, systems and company offerings
- Form and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of organizations to inform ongoing improvements or enhancements based on data and evolving client needs
- Act as the core to any project, rallying teams and ensuring projects are properly resourced throughout their lifecycle. Upon signs of failure, appropriately escalates

- Excellent written and oral communicator- a leader able to speak easily to all types of people and personalities
- Experience with launching an ecommerce site, launching a marketing campaign, concepting digital or traditional campaigns, strategy, project management, production, and account management
- Specific experience with Magento, Shopify and WordPress platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript
- Deep understanding of ecommerce solutions, web design, development process, and third party applications (integrations with warehouses/distribution, ERPs, POS systems, etc.)
- Competencies in project planning tools (Smartsheet, Slack, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Harvest, Forecast)
- Ability to work independently to solve problems, mitigate risk, make decisions, and communicate effectively under tight deadlines and challenging situations
- Highly organized, motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a small and fast paced boutique agency environment
- Client service focused with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to be persuasive without direct authority in influencing peers and clients
- Strong desire and keen interest to constantly be learning
